From Terra's POV

I sit here,in the cellar, pondering. I came down here to continue making potpourri for my business, but I just got a letter from Locke. Here is what it said.

Dear Terra,
I can't get my mind off you, for some reason. I don't know why. With Rachel gone, I am ready to move on. I feel bad for abandoning you in your coma. I admit, you made me uneasy at first because of your amnesia, but you have changed. A lot. I realize your independence and that you do not need my protection, but I still cannot stop thinking of you. Please write me back, or I will come to you, leave Kolinghen and come to you in Mobliz.
Love, Locke

I never really thought about having a man. I mean, to marry or even a boyfriend. It just didn't occur to me. I like the kids and my potpourri business. I didn't think I was missing anything. Locke really seems to want to hear from me, so I guess I'll write him back.

Dear Locke,
Come to Mobliz if you wish. I never knew you felt this way about me. That's all there is to say.
Terra Branford

A month later

*knock knock knock knock knock!*
I rose from my seat and answered the door. It was Locke.
"Come in."
"Hello, Terra. You got my letter. I need to tell you something. I realized I love you and not Celes. In all honesty, you enthrall me. I love you Terra."
I stood silent, gaping at him. "Goodness Locke. I-I'm speechless. I'm doing fine on my own, the potpourri business-"
He cut me off. "I know. It's pretty much gone worldwide. You are a marvelous businesswoman, Terra. I just wanted to check up on you, see if you were okay."
"You came here for another reason Locke."
"We've known each other for quite awhile, and I wanted to know - if you'd..."
"Locke,I don't think I'm ready for marriage yet, but I would be glad to court you for awhile and see how you are and stuff."
"Really? Can I see your shop?"
"Sure."
